The Clarkie

Ingredients

  • muenster cheese, sliced
  • avocado, sliced
  • bread, toasted
  • sprouts
  • salsa
  • tomatoes, fresh

Instructions

  1. Toast bread slighlty to “crust”
  2. Layer tomatoes, cheese, avocado, and sprouts. Add salsa.
  3. Broil till cheese is melted.
