Simple Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients

  • Fruit of choice, sweetened — *see Note
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • butter or margarine — sliced or melted
  • granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean, peel, and slice fruit such as peaches, strawberries, or blueberries. Sprinkle with granulated sugar if needed for sweetness.
  2. Spread in layer over bottom of 13 x 9-inch pyrex dish.
  3. Sprinkle box of cake mix over top. Dot top with butter.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees until bubble and brown on top.

Serving Size : 8
Peaches, blueberries, or blackberries, for example.
