Sandra Mikush's Vidalia Onion Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 Vidalia onions, sliced thin
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • parmesan cheese
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Saute onions in butter till limp and clear.
  3. Spread in 13 x 9 casserole.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled Ritz crackers over onions.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan over top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
