Raspberry Bean Dip

Ingredients

1 can black beans, drained and mashed
8 ounces raspberry salsa, needs raspberry and hot peppers
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces Mexican cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Line bottom of Pyrex pie pan with cream cheese.
  3. Spread mashed black beans on top.
  4. Cover with salsa.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Cover loosely with foil. Bake until hot and bubbly.

Notes:

Can be baked in microwave oven.
