Kathy's Sausage Balls

Makes about 100

Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick
1 lb sausage (can be hot or mild)
10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Big pinch Italian herb seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together with hands, and roll into bite-size balls.
  2. Freeze on cookie sheet, store in plastic bags until needed.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown
