Hummus

Ingredients

   2               cups  chickpeas, canned — rinsed and pureed
      1/2      teaspoon  cumin
      1/3           cup  fresh lemon juice
   3        tablespoons  tahini
   2             cloves  garlic — finely chopped
                         salt — to taste
   1         tablespoon  olive oil
                         paprika
                         parsley

Instructions

Puree all ingredients until smooth, adding water to thin if necessary. Garnish with 1T olive oil, paprika, parsley.
