Baked Brown Sugar Tapioca

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pearl tapioca
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup nuts
  • vanilla
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together and bake slowly for 2 hours, stirring often.
  2. This makes a very pully, sticky dish, sweet and good.
  3. Serve warm with cream.
