Amaretto
Ingredients
4 cups water
2 pounds brown sugar
4 ounces almond extract
1 fifth peach brandy
1/2 gallon vodka
Instructions

Boil water.

Add sugar, remove from heat, and stir till sugar is dissolved. Let cool slightly.

Add extract and alcohol.
Notes:
Yield: 1 gallon.
Great in pretty bottles for presents. Tastes like purchased amaretto for 1/3 the cost.
