German Pancake

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • strawberries, fresh or frozen — sliced
  • sugar, powdered

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 °F.
  2. Put 13 x 9-inch pan in oven with butter to heat.
  3. Combine eggs, flour, milk, and salt; beat.
  4. Pour batter into hot butter.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Notes:

Serve with strawberries and powdered sugar.
