Meringues
Ingredients

3 egg whites

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 °F

Mix all ingredients.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Dry for 20-30 minutes. [CRC: is this leaving it in the oven while off, or having it sit outside the oven?]
