Sandra Mikush's Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup self-rising flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • dash vanilla
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 pint fruit of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix sugar, flour, milk, and vanilla.
  3. Put butter in deep dish and put in oven till melted. Pour fruit on top of butter. Pour batter on top of fruit. DO NOT STIR OR SPREAD!
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
