Sherry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c shallot — minced
  • 1/2 c sherry vinegar
  • 2 tsp walnut oil
  • 1 tsp garlic — minced
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 c olive oil, pure
  • 1 tbsp virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Saute shallots until golden. A
  2. dd vinegar, walnut oil, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper to bowl.
  3. Add shallots; let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Slowly add and whisk oils.
